Use of the website
By using the website, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate, complete and current information.
Assessment services
Online assessments are structured intake and advice-preparation pathways. Any outcome depends on the facts, evidence and service scope selected. No visa outcome, review outcome or citizenship outcome is guaranteed.
Client responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information supplied, including deadlines, decision dates, current visa status, refusal history, family details, sponsor details and evidence availability.
Payment and delivery
Payment is required before a paid assessment, review, citizenship access or other paid service is finalised for delivery. Delivery timing depends on the selected plan and may also depend on receipt of required information or documents.
No misuse
You must not attempt to access another client’s account, dashboard, paid exam access, documents, RMA records or administrative systems.
Separate engagement
Representation, lodgement, Department correspondence, tribunal representation or ongoing immigration assistance may require a separate engagement and written scope.
