Refund Policy
Payment, cancellation and refund information for Bircan Migration online services.
General principle
Fees are charged for professional assessment preparation, review, test access, consultation handling and related service delivery. Refunds depend on the service type, status and whether work or access has commenced.
Assessment plans
If a paid assessment has not yet entered review or drafting, a refund or credit may be considered. Once RMA review, internal drafting, PDF preparation or substantive work has commenced, fees may be non-refundable except as required by law.
Citizenship test access
Citizenship test packs provide digital access. Once paid access is activated or attempts have been used, refunds may be limited unless required by law or a technical failure prevents access.
Consultations
Consultation requests and bookings may be rescheduled or refunded depending on timing, preparation work and the agreed consultation arrangement.
How to request a refund review
Contact info@bircanmigration.au with your payment email, service type, payment date and reason for the request.
No outcome guarantee
A refusal, risk warning, unfavourable assessment, recommendation for further evidence or recommendation not to lodge does not automatically create a refund entitlement.
