Online visa assessments
Visa assessment products are designed to collect facts, identify eligibility issues, risk factors, evidence gaps and next-step options within the selected scope.
Appeal and refusal reviews
Appeal review pathways collect refusal and decision information to support structured review of issues, evidence weaknesses and possible next steps. Review deadlines must be confirmed from the actual decision and notification details.
Citizenship test access
Citizenship test products provide preparation access and attempt tracking. They do not decide eligibility for citizenship or guarantee a test or application outcome.
PDF advice delivery
PDF advice is issued only after the relevant review and approval process. Drafts, test PDFs and internal working material are not client advice.
Excluded unless separately agreed
The online service scope does not automatically include visa lodgement, merits review representation, Department correspondence, tribunal appearance, document drafting outside the selected product, or urgent deadline management unless separately agreed in writing.
Escalation to consultation
Where facts are complex, deadlines are close, evidence is weak or legal issues are significant, consultation or separate engagement may be recommended.
